My practice

I work with children from age 10, teenagers and young adults up to age 20 - an age range that has always drawn me in, because that's often where everything is at stake. Growing up, building who you are, finding your place - these stages are rich, but they can also be destabilizing, and they deserve an attentive, caring eye.

My area of expertise covers emotion regulation - anxiety, depressive moods, anger management - school difficulties, learning disorders, self-esteem and confidence issues. I also support parents in understanding the challenges their children face: ADHD, anxiety, behavioural issues, relational dynamics.

One area is especially close to my heart: giftedness. Supporting gifted and high-potential children and teenagers - understanding how they function, helping them find their place in a world that isn't always built for them - is work I'm deeply passionate about.

I also offer discussion groups, collective spaces where young people can come together, share, and realize they're not alone in what they're going through.

My approach is integrative - it draws on developmental psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy and the psychodynamic current. What guides my practice above all is the relationship: a warm, empathetic and trusting setting, in which every young person can express themselves freely and find concrete support to move forward.
