Épines & Roses is looking for self-employed psychologists and psychotherapists who believe, like we do, that working well starts with feeling good where you practice.
The Épines & Roses model
At Épines & Roses, you practice as a self-employed worker in a collaborative setting. The model is based on a fixed monthly rent, prorated to your days of presence, and on collaboration with the clinic for clients referred from our waitlist. For each client we refer to you, the clinic receives a commission on the consultation - this covers the full range of services made available to you: administrative management, waitlist, Psylio, brand image and visibility. In return, we ask for minimal availability to welcome a few clients from our list. It's not an obligation of results - it's simply the condition for benefiting from the clinic's ecosystem.
Your personal clientele remains entirely yours - no cut, no commission, regardless of the rate you charge. You're free to practice under your own terms in parallel.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who wants a professional home - not just an office. Whether you're early in your practice or well established, we welcome psychologists and psychotherapists who are members of the OPQ or their professional order, French-, English- and/or Spanish-speaking.
The idea is to build a close-knit, authentic team - people you'd want to grab a coffee with between sessions as much as share a practice with. Do you work with adults, teenagers or children? Do you have a specialty, approach or tools you like to highlight? We'd love to hear from you and meet you.
